"Farming runs deep in our roots. Scott grew up on a sheep station in Canterbury, New Zealand, while Sheryl—though raised in an urban setting—was always drawn to animals and the land. After getting married, we left behind the cattle ranch where we both worked and set out to build something of our own.

 

We chose sheep and corgis—an obvious nod to Scott’s New Zealand heritage—and they’ve been the heart of our farm ever since. Over the years, we've explored a few other ventures: garlic, broiler chickens, eggs, and fruit. But through it all, our flock has remained the constant.

 

Sheryl does all the shearing herself, believing the sheep deserve a gentle, respectful experience—not the rough handling of commercial operations. Every animal here is raised with care, love, and integrity. The lambs we raise are intended for our own family’s table, which means our customers receive the same high-quality, thoughtfully raised meat that we feed ourselves.
